Kate Middleton wore a stunning green dress for the video call, perhaps a nod to the green lawns of Wimbledon. But on second look the dress has a cheeky message.
The video was posted to Instagram with the caption: “To mark what would have been the start of finals weekend of the famous @Wimbledon Championships, The Duchess of Cambridge (Patron of the All England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club) was joined by surprise guest Sir Andy Murray, as she spoke to young tennis players from Bond Primary School in South London.
“The former Wimbledon Champion shared his experiences of playing tennis growing up, some vital tips to better their game, and how he’s managed training over the last few months.”
Fans commented on the post with gushing praise.
“Fab video so up lifting to see our incredible Duchess,” one said.
Another wrote: “She has a calming vibe, makes it fun to see her.”
Kate is known for dressing diplomatically in this manner.
In a video with Canadian health workers Kate Middleton’s dress perfectly suited the conversation.
She wore a dress in a red and white, the colours of the Canadian flag.
The tweed shift dress has a fitted shape and jewel neckline.
