Ivanka Trump, 38, was heartbroken as she listened to stories from victims of human trafficking and in one meeting had to stop and hug one survivor. The First Daughter met them at Well Sping Living, an organisation which rescues victims and helps them find careers in the real world. Ivanka took to Instagram to share moments from the visit.

Ivanka wrote: “An estimated 12,400 sex trafficking transactions take place in Atlanta each month.

“This morning I will visit two safe havens that provide women with the opportunity for rescue, restoration, and a chance to start a new life.

“I look forward to hearing from survivors and counselors and learning from their stories and experiences.”

She also told WSBTV: “It’s devastating. You were starting to really just unearth the real number of victims.

“It’s great to see organisations step up, work with the federal Government, state and local partners and of course the private sector.”

It comes as Ivanka’s husband Jared Kushner appeared to suffer a wardrobe malfunction as the senior adviser to the US President was ruthlessly mocked online for “wearing Ivanka’s clothes”.

Ivanka congratulated her husband, Jared Kushner, for making the cover to TIME magazine which looks into his White House role for US President Donald Trump.

But the First Daughter opened Jared, 39, to a heap of abuse on social media.

A fourth wrote: “He looks uncomfortable. I bet his waist is smaller than yours.”

It comes as Ivanka was snubbed by Karlie Kloss who said she won’t vote for President Trump in the 2020 election.

Ms Kloss, who is a Democrat, is married to Jared Kushner’s younger brother, Joshua Kushner.
