Jadan Horyn told Express.co.uk that Donald Trump‘s record on unemployment rates before the coronavirus pandemic will be enough to beat Joe Biden. He added that the central problem for the Democrat Party is the opinion among voters that President Trump should be given another shot.
Mr Horyn said: “As someone who follows these things and looks at the President, I know that before coronavirus hit there was a clear message.
“It was the best economy in 50 years, the best unemployment rate for every minority in the history of the country.
“I don’t think after nine months that the general opinion of the President, who has found a message that resonates with voters, will be anything other than give him a shot.
“I think with over 60 days left that is the central problem for the Democrats.”
Earlier this week Mr Trump’s approach to the coronavirus pandemic was praised as “wonderful” by an ally despite the US having the highest number of cases and COVID-19 related deaths in the world.
Donald Trump’s senior legal adviser, Jenna Ellis, told BBC Newsnight the US President stepped in to stop what would have been a disastrous response to the coronavirus pandemic.
Ms Ellis also slammed Joe Biden and the Democrats’ response to the pandemic in cities they have leadership over such as New York.
Ms Ellis said: “The unfortunate reality of the coronavirus across the world is that, yes, there were lives that were lost.
She added: “So that is just simply an ignorant talking point from the Democrats when the reality is, yes, lives were lost but President Trump stepped in and we could have had a disastrous response.
“If you look at the Democrat-controlled cities like New York that has been the hotbed in America for coronavirus, that is because of Democrat leadership and it would have been perpetuated by Joe Biden.”
The US has more than 6,000,000 COVID-19 cases in total and the official death toll in America stands at over 184,000 people.
Additionally, over 3,000,000 people have recovered from the coronavirus in the US.
