Johnny Vegas has showcased his acting skills on programmes for channels including BBC and ITV. He has managed to build up an impressive fortune over the years.

Before breaking into the media, Johnny had a number of temporary jobs including working in a warehouse and as a barman.

In 1996, he appeared on the small screen for the first time as a contestant on Win, Lose or Draw.

During the stint he revealed his ambitions to be an actor and comedian.

Johnny enjoyed a few small TV appearances in the years that followed.

The actor has become a regular sitting on the panel on programmes including QI and 8 out of 10 Cats does Countdown.

In addition to these regular appearances, he has been a guest on shows including Celebrity Juice, A League of Their Own and Through the Keyhole.

Johnny has also boosted his earnings with advertising deals.

He has worked on advertising campaigns for ITV digital and PG Tips tea.
